This is the first time I used Fortis tiling and could not fault their work. Professional, clean, faultless. So impresssed with the standard of finish. The tiles we had were large format and difficult to work with. So many others turned down the job but nothing phased Fortis tiling. Andrew did a fantastic job. He’s a perfectionist, knows the trade to a high standard and is passsionate about what he does. Definitely reccomend many times over
We had a new extension built in the summer unfortunately, I had a cowboy builder who did not complete the work -ran with my money; leaving me in a big mess both financially and emotionally. I was initially a little scarred to trust Andrew for obvious reasons, but he was great he reassured me. He not only fixed the mess the builder left but James and Andrew went above and beyond and did a great job. One thing I can say is they do not cut corners. I have learnt a lot about tiling from Andrew. I cannot recommend him enough. They were positive and really uplifted our spirits
Andrew and James were friendly and professional throughout, they gave great advice and really cared about their work. The large tiling was professionally prepared and finished. The advice given throughout the job was great with the best options given for our job. The job was completed on time and on budget even though there was delays from external equipment hire, they worked extra hard to make up the lost time due to external delays. I'm really pleased with the finish and would definitely recommend these guys.
